Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Due to the nature of personal care products, used or opened items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage or defects.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ethniik.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photo evidence (for damaged or defective items)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send products back without prior authorization.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
  • We do not offer refunds for items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us with your order details and a photo of the issue.
